A: We offer 6 Embroidery file formats: EXP, HUS, JEF, PES, VIP and XXX format.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

Q: How do I download JenCraft Designs files?
A: Once your payment is accepted it will automatically take you to the download page, where you can find the link to download the ZIP file that contains the files you purchased.

Q: Can I Digitize JenCraft Design files?
A: JenCraft Designs may only be used in their original format. You may not digitize any JenCraft design into embroidery designs for personal use or resale.

Q: Do you offer a Commercial License for your files?
A: A Commercial License is included with your purchase. You may use JenCraft Designs for personal and small business use. For 200 items or more please contact us for a Mass Production License.

Q: Can I resize the files?
A: Yes, all cutting pieces come in one file to make resizing simple. Select all shapes in file and resize proportionally to your desired size.

Q: Do You offer refunds?
A: Unfortunately, No. Do to the nature of Instant Download and the fact that these files are not “returnable”. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason. For this reason, we ask that you take the time to verify that you are purchasing file types that will work with your machine.
