EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery of your order, without giving any reason.

How to start a return or cancellation request: Visit your account at https://shopify.com/11456148/account, go to your Orders, and select the order you wish to return or cancel.

Return window: You must return any physical items within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.

Refunds: We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your return or proof of return. Refunds include the standard outbound shipping cost. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Digital downloads — important exception: By completing your purchase of a digital file (SVG, PNG, DXF, EPS, or other digital format), you expressly consent to immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download has begun. This applies to all instant-download products in our store.
